Rosebud Group’s objectives are the active participation in as well as the structuring of hotel transactions worldwide with a particular emphasis on European assets.
About
Rosebud Group traces its roots back to 1875, when Adolphe-Rodolphe Armleder founded the Riche-Mont Pension in Geneva, today the well known Hotel Le Richemond. It had been owned and run by the Armleder family until its sale to the Rocco Forte Group in 2004.
Rosebud Hôtels Holding SA (formerly Richemond Hôtels Holding SA) was created in 2000. It became the first 100% Swiss luxury hotel group with presence in the main cities of Switzerland.
Rosebud Group subsequently divested from its hospitality assets and currently focuses on hospitality consulting, structuring and financing, asset management, and acquisitions.
